Job Summary
Senior Product Marketing Manager at LTK to lead Product Marketing and drive the go-to-market strategy across launches and initiatives. Responsibilities include owning end-to-end GTM plans, developing differentiated positioning and messaging, translating product capabilities into customer-facing narratives, and acting as the connective tissue across Product, Brand, Sales, and Customer Success. Key duties also cover GTM readiness for launches, enabling Sales/CS, ensuring high-quality cross-channel execution, and leveraging AI-enabled tools to accelerate content creation, messaging, and GTM execution. The role requires cross-functional collaboration to align roadmaps with market insights, defining customer segments and personas, conducting competitive analysis, and continuously refining messaging. Qualifications emphasize 7–10+ years in Product Marketing or related roles, proven GTM success, storytelling excellence, cross-functional experience, data-driven decision making, and familiarity with AI tools and dynamic environments. Required Qualifications
- 7–10+ years in Product Marketing or related roles (SaaS, marketplace, creator economy, or digital platforms preferred)
- Proven track record owning GTM strategies that drive adoption and revenue
- Strong storytelling skills—able to make complex products simple and compelling
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and CS
- Ability to operate independently and build from zero in a team-of-one environment
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable using data to inform strategy and measure impact
- Experience using AI tools to improve workflows, insights, or outcomes
- Dedication to fierce prioritization and operational excellence
- Adaptability to a dynamic, fast-moving environment
