Sr. Product Marketing Manager

Job Summary

Establish repeatable go-to-market frameworks and operationalize product marketing systems to improve launch quality, message consistency, and sales confidence. Lead voice-of-customer, win/loss, and competitive intelligence rhythms to synthesize market signals into clear recommendations for product strategy, positioning, and go-to-market execution. Develop buyer personas, segment-specific messaging, and differentiated value propositions that articulate urgent priorities like AI literacy and digital readiness for district decision-makers. Drive GTM strategy for product launches, including audience definition, readiness milestones, sales enablement, and post-launch learning. Partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, RevOps, and Regional Marketing to align internal messaging, refine positioning based on performance data, and support demand generation, retention, and expansion efforts. Use AI tools and market insights to accelerate research, competitive monitoring, and content development.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, EdTech, education technology, curriculum, public-sector software, or a comparable market
  • Proven ability to create positioning, messaging, go-to-market plans, product launch strategies, and sales enablement that improve market clarity and commercial outcomes
  • Strong market research, voice-of-customer, win/loss, competitive analysis, and customer insight skills
  • Ability to synthesize complex inputs from customers, prospects, Product, Sales, Customer Success, data, and the market into clear recommendations and usable artifacts
  • Experience partnering with Product Management to connect market problems, customer needs, competitive dynamics, and commercial opportunity to product and roadmap discussions
  • Experience partnering with Sales and Revenue Enablement to create sales tools, talk tracks, objection handling, demo narratives, and training that help teams sell value instead of features
  • Experience defining market categories, category narratives, or thought leadership strategies that influence buyer perception and market awareness
  • Strong strategic writing, storytelling, presentation, and executive communication skills
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority and constructively challenge ideas using market evidence and business judgment
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and create structure without overcomplicating the work
  • Ability to use data to evaluate product marketing effectiveness and make informed recommendations
  • Experience and overall curiosity in leveraging AI tools and resources to support more efficient and effective outcomes
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, education, communications, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in K-12 EdTech or selling into districts, schools, state education agencies, or public-sector buying committees
  • Experience with digital literacy, AI literacy, computer science, instructional technology, curriculum, assessment, or student safety solutions
  • Experience building product marketing practices, launch systems, competitive intelligence programs, or messaging frameworks in a smaller or scaling organization
  • Experience helping define or shape emerging categories related to AI literacy, digital readiness, responsible technology use, or future-ready learning
