Job Summary

Support defining and executing go-to-market strategies to deliver growth targets by analyzing channels, customers, and competitors for business strategy formulation. Model strategic opportunities in P&L scenarios for product launches and align with stakeholders to present recommendations to senior management. Lead cross-functional teams to launch new customers and products while supporting channel pricing strategies and competitive positioning. Develop customer presentations and execute marketing activities, including promotions and sales growth campaigns, to achieve growth objectives. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years in product marketing, and ability to travel 20-30%. U.S. work authorization required; no sponsorship available.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of experience in a product marketing role
  • experience in the automotive aftermarket industry
  • Proven experience developing and executing go-to-market (GtM) strategies for products and programs
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Proven ability to define, develop, and communicate/execute strategic marketing plans
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and drive
  • results orientation
  • Ability to work with and lead diverse groups to task completion
  • Proficient knowledge Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
  • Being able to travel 20-30%
  • Indefinite U.S. work authorized

Desired Qualifications

  • Preferred: Experience with rotating machines (Starters, Alternators & AC Compressors)
