Lead vision and strategy for kfc.com as a critical owned digital channel, partnering with a cross-functional product squad to discover, deliver, and continuously improve web experiences that drive acquisition, discovery, and conversion while reinforcing the mobile app as the primary owned ordering experience. Own the balance of web optimization (SEO/SEM landing experiences, menu discovery, brand and product storytelling) with seamless handoff to the app when appropriate, and drive fast, frictionless ordering flows, reliable experiences during outages, and accessible, high-performing experiences. Collaborate with design, data, and engineering to solve high leverage problems with value, usability, feasibility, and viability, and align platform components (identity, menu/pricing/availability, offers/loyalty, payments, analytics) to support growth and lifetime value.
