Job Summary
Senior Product Manager – Post Purchase Data Integrations & AI at Visa. Owns the data integration platform and Dispute Management product within post-purchase solutions. Leads system-level design and execution for ingesting, normalizing, and operationalizing data across multiple sources using AI to improve speed, resilience, and intelligence. Responsibilities include defining roadmaps, standards, and contracts for integrations; driving end-to-end product development; partnering with data science/engineering to apply AI for intelligent data mapping, automated onboarding of new data sources, and self-healing pipelines; communicating complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders; and building metrics dashboards to monitor integration health and usage. The role is hybrid with in-office days to be confirmed; salary range $131,600 - $210,300 with potential bonus/equity; US-based, location in Bellevue, WA area. Qualifications also include experience managing cross-functional teams, alignment with regulatory constraints, and familiarity with tools like Kafka, Snowflake, and dbt.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience,
- Bachelor's Degree or higher (advanced degree preferred) or equivalent
- Hands-on experience with data integrations, APIs, ETL/ELT pipelines, and distributed systems
- Experience or strong interest in applying AI/ML to product problems, especially in data-heavy environments
- Ability to operate strategically and hands-on in complex technical domains
- Strong communication and collaboration across distributed teams
- Experience in payments, fintech, or dispute management ecosystems is a plus
