Job Summary
Senior Product Manager for global uprating, super uprating, and long-term operation offerings. Responsible for product strategy, market development, and lifecycle management to enable utilities to sustain high plant availability, reliability, and revenue while addressing aging, regulatory, environmental, and economic challenges. Drive go-to-market approaches, articulate clear value propositions, own global portfolios, define offerings beyond traditional licensing, collaborate with engineering, licensing, APx, and cross-region teams, and shape investments to optimize plant performance under extended lifetimes. Includes interaction with Global Markets, Sales, Tendering, and AI&I teams to co-develop technology bricks and digital enablers, and support tendering activities with customer-focused value positioning. Periodic travel to Europe and Asia; remote work within the United States."
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline (advanced degree preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in product management, engineering, licensing, consulting, or business development within the nuclear industry or adjacent regulated sectors
- Experience with power uprating, aging management, long-term operation, and SLR challenges, or demonstrated ability to build this expertise
- Experience developing product strategies, business cases, and value propositions for complex, long-term engineered offerings
- Experience working in international, matrixed organizations
