Job Summary

Develop and manage the end-to-end product life cycle for complex client and prospect trigger portfolios, defining strategy, optimizing coverage, and driving personalized offers to accelerate acquisition, engagement, retention, and servicing outcomes. Conduct market research and competitor analyses to inform product development, pricing, and long-term strategies while partnering with Product, Marketing, and Analytics Modeling & Insights teams to deliver data-driven recommendations. Oversee product financials, manage P&L activities, and implement risk controls to ensure operational excellence and high adoption rates across the bank.

  • 7+ years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective partnerships and lead cross-functional teams to drive business objectives and strategic priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to succinctly convey information within a compelling narrative
  • Prior experience working across products; cross-functional team management
  • Proven success leading large-scale strategic initiatives involving diverse stakeholder groups
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple efforts with varying deadlines
  • Intellectually curious, highly motivated self-starter who is quick to learn & patient through iteration
  • Strong drive to deliver results; problem-solving mindset to persist despite obstacles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, specifically PowerPoint, Excel and Teams
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to synthesize complex data, insights, and business needs into actionable strategies and recommendations
  • 1st shift (United States of America)
  • 40 hours per week
  • Location: Boston, MA or New York, NY

  • Knowledge of marketing organization, campaign management, and client communication processes
  • Experience with product incentive offers – structure, processes, strategy
  • Experience developing customer engagement, lifecycle marketing, or personalization strategies
  • Experience leading large-scale cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution
