Job Summary
Lead the product strategy and roadmap for growth through eBay's Search, driving development of AI-driven features to improve discovery, engagement, and user experience. Collaborate with data science, engineering, analytics, and UX to build MVPs, run AB tests, and iterate on solutions that address customer unmet needs in search and discovery. Strong emphasis on AI/ML, ranking models, semantic search, personalization, and a data-driven approach to informing product vision and execution.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of Product Management experience
- Experience with search and discovery systems, including familiarity with ranking models, search algorithms, and semantic search
- Experience in personalization and recommender systems, ideally using real-time data
- Strong analytic skills and ability to synthesize data from multiple sources
- Hardworking advocate for user, and has confirmed results in achieving superb user experience within tight constraints
- Proven leadership ability, self-motivated and directed, ambitious ability to innovate quickly
