Job Summary
Drive strategy and execution for the AI Prospecting suite, including AI email generation, Research Agents, and the AI Knowledge Library, to help revenue teams prospect smarter and faster. Lead the evolution of these capabilities by defining success metrics, tracking post-launch performance, and building learning loops to ensure continuous improvement. Own the Salesloft browser extension as a critical prospecting surface, ensuring features integrate seamlessly into seller workflows. Bridge the gap between AI-generated research and execution to reduce seller synthesis time and increase pipeline quality.
Required Qualifications
- 5–8 years of product management experience
- B2B SaaS experience
- Proven track record of owning a product roadmap or major feature areas end-to-end
- Experience shipping impactful features
- Strong ability to translate customer and market insights into clear product requirements
- Experience working closely with engineering and design in an agile environment
- Comfort with data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to influence without authority
- Collaborative mindset
- Experience managing products with ML/AI components
- Experience with generative AI products
- Experience with RAG systems
- Experience with sales engagement workflows
- Experience launching, managing, or integrating mobile applications in a B2B environment
- Familiarity with enterprise data models and access hierarchies
- Familiarity with how enterprise data models impact analytics and dashboarding
