Job Summary
Senior Product Manager for Target Properties Design Capabilities. Lead development and maintenance of custom tools and systems enabling translation of company strategy into physical spaces across New Stores, Remodels, Prototypes, and Special Projects. Own product strategy, roadmap, and OKRs; collaborate with Engineers, UX Designers, Data Scientists/Engineers, and business partners to deliver scalable data-integrated design capabilities, modernizing legacy systems to a unified platform with 3D modeling and data management. Drive cross-functional collaboration, data quality, and end-to-end product outcomes to impact store design lifecycle and guest experience. 4-year degree and 6+ years of product management experience in an agile environment; able to communicate with Sr. Leadership and technical teams; capable of influencing stakeholders and navigating competing priorities.
Required Qualifications
- Four-year degree or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of Product management and/or equivalent domain experience
- Experience working in an agile environment (e.g. user stories, iterative development, scrum teams, sprints, personas, UI discovery and development)
- Ability to self-organize and lead through ambiguity
- Strong facilitation skills that guide groups towards productive outcomes while maintaining a positive and collaborative atmosphere
- Demonstrated ability to bridge business and technical teams
- Ability to communicate complex concepts in easy-to-understand terminology across Sr. Leadership, Operations, Product, and Technology
- Ability to influence peers and partners to find common ground, push for consistency where possible, facilitate conversations, and navigate competing interests
- Curiosity with a passion for learning and contributing to a growth culture
- Demonstrated ability to use and assess data and work with analytical partners to validate business outcomes
