Sr. Product Manager - Phone Platform

Senior Product Manager for HighLevel’s Phone Platform in a remote-first, globally distributed environment. Own and execute the roadmap for CPaaS, Billing and Phone Platform products; drive end-to-end product development from discovery to launch and post-release optimization; lead cross-functional efforts with Engineering, Design, Finance, Revenue Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success; shape pricing, monetization, and go-to-market strategies; define success metrics and monitor revenue, adoption, and profitability; ensure billing accuracy, usage metering, and scalable platform capabilities; collaborate on provider management, routing optimization, and service reliability; bring strong product discovery, data-driven decision making, and experience shipping customer-facing and platform products to market.
