Sr Product Manager - Pharmacy

Senior Product Manager is a strategic and execution-focused role with responsibility for managing network products and team operations. This person will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ideate, plan, and deliver solutions that optimize operational efficiency and business value. This role combines product management, user research, market understanding, financial oversight, and agile delivery leadership to ensure successful execution of strategic projects. Key responsibilities include defining and maintaining roadmaps for Pharmacy Network Products (e.g., Smart Hop), managing product lifecycles from ideation to growth, translating business needs into actionable requirements, enabling technical collaboration with engineering, conducting customer discovery and usability testing, and managing KPIs, budgets, and documentation. The role requires strong understanding of APIs, data models, system integrations, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders across the organization.
