Job Summary
Senior Product Manager for Network Security responsible for developing and executing the product strategy, roadmaps, and OKRs to strengthen Target’s security posture while enabling business growth. Lead a product with engineers, architecture, and business partners, translating complex security and infrastructure challenges into clear outcomes, prioritizing the backlog, and driving secure, reliable, and scalable solutions. Maintain market understanding, gather customer feedback, and collaborate across teams to align with organizational goals. The role collaborates to deliver secure and scalable network security capabilities within a hybrid/remote-friendly arrangement; full-time with a four-year degree or equivalent and 6+ years of product management experience in related domains.
Required Qualifications
- Four-year degree or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of product management experience in Network Security or adjacent domain
- Product strategy development & implementation for platform products
- Experience facilitating communication between business and technology teams
- Ability to lead cross-functional work with engineers, architecture, and stakeholders
- Comfort in agile environments
- Technical aptitude and ability to translate complex technical challenges into product outcomes
- Ability to develop market understanding, maintain roadmaps, and prioritize backlog
