Job Summary

Senior Product Manager to own the CDP product domain within the Customer Experience Platform (CXP) Martech team. Lead intake from Peacock, SkyShowtime, and NOW MarTech; translate needs into global, scalable platform requirements; prioritize backlog; collaborate with Engineering and Decision Science to define instrumentation, data pipelines, and attributes; coordinate delivery milestones, testing, and QA sign-off. Focus on building a global, scalable CDP solution that serves multiple products, with deep collaboration across marketing stakeholders, engineering, and data teams. Requires 5–8+ years in product management with CDP/data-platform experience, familiarity with enterprise CDPs (e.g., mParticle, Segment, Adobe CJA, Tealium), and strong understanding of event schemas, identity resolution, and data feed architectures. Hybrid schedule in New York, NY, United States; salary range $150,000–$190,000 with bonus eligibility.

Required Qualifications

  • BS/BA required
  • 5–8+ years of product management experience
  • 3+ years working within a CDP, data platform, or martech infrastructure environment
  • Working knowledge of one or more enterprise CDPs (mParticle, Segment, Adobe CJA, Tealium, or equivalent)
  • Strong understanding of platform event schemas, identity resolution, audience segmentation, and data feed architecture
  • Experience working with Agile/SCRUM software development environments
  • Hybrid work arrangement preference or requirement
  • Must have legal right to work in the United States
