Job Summary
Synthesize competitive signals, customer data, and market timing into directional strategy bets for a complex, cross-platform product domain. Act as an active co-owner of customer research, interpreting findings independently to define which problems the organization should solve next. Own the domain roadmap, backlog, and KPI framework while translating high-level strategy into detailed features and acceptance criteria for engineering teams. Defend strategic direction with evidence, update plans based on data, and conduct ROI, NPV, and cost-benefit analysis to support major investment decisions. Mentor product managers to raise collective capability, apply AI tools to domain strategy, and drive improvements in execution and organizational processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree plus 7 years of related work experience, OR Advanced degree with 5 years of related experience
- 7+ years of relevant Product Management experience in an agile software product development environment
