Job Summary
Sr. Product Manager for AF product marketing in China: responsible for developing and executing brand strategy and launch plans, turning market insights into actionable tactics, coordinating with cross-functional partners, and delivering promotional activities and strategic projects with high quality, on time and within budget. Collaborates with Medical, Commercial Excellence, Strategic Planning, Finance, and other teams; provides training on product and strategy to sales and other functions; generates insights through market and brand performance analysis to inform brand tactics; supports compliance and working practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or higher in Medicine/Pharmacy or related major as a plus
- More than 3 years’ experience in CMKT/brand team; Anti-infection area a plus
- Experienced in CMKT team, strong strategic thinking and mature program execution
