Job Summary

Partner with UX, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to champion the user and deliver high-impact features while driving cross-functional alignment. Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to become the primary advocate for user needs, then lead features from initial ideation through launch, analysis, and continuous iteration. Ruthlessly prioritize roadmaps to communicate strategic trade-offs to stakeholders and define key business metrics through disciplined product optimization and data analysis. Bridge design and technical complexity by collaborating with designers for world-class UX and working alongside engineers to navigate complex trade-offs. This role requires a strategic partner who thrives on technical complexity and maintains an obsession with elegant user experiences.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of software Product Management experience
  • Proven track record of driving core business metrics in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong skills at de-risking initiatives by using creative, lean methodologies to validate hypotheses and ideas quickly
  • Ability to act as a 'translator' across the organization—communicating effectively with everyone from engineers and sales reps to executive-level customers and end users
  • Skilled in navigating complex technical trade-offs and partnering with UX to translate complicated workflows into simple, intuitive experiences
  • A history of building high-trust, productive relationships with Engineering and UX counterparts that foster a culture of collective success
  • A proactive approach to seeking feedback, learning quickly, and iterating based on data and team insights

Desired Qualifications

  • A high bar for product polish and a keen eye for how design and brand consistency drive user trust and engagement
  • Experience building document-centric or canvas-based solutions within the SaaS space (e.g., editors, whiteboarding, or content management)
  • Experience with rapid prototyping and lean learning techniques, including the ability to design and interpret A/B and multivariate tests
  • Comfort navigating complex data sets to uncover the behavioral insights that inform a winning product roadmap
