Job Summary

Develop and execute a comprehensive product and business strategy for the fiber cement ColorPlus portfolio, including a multi-year roadmap aligned to customer needs and enterprise growth objectives. Lead commercial prioritization of innovation, line extensions, and rationalization to optimize portfolio profitability and capacity utilization. Serve as the voice of the customer, incorporating end-user and competitive insights into strategic decisions while owning P&L performance for revenue growth, gross margin, and pricing. Conduct regular analysis of product performance and lead monthly business reviews, partnering with Finance to develop forecasts and budgets. Drive cross-functional execution across the entire product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life, managing major initiatives with disciplined project management. Partner with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Sourcing to ensure scalable, cost-effective supply, and collaborate with Sales and Marketing to define go-to-market strategies and product positioning. Lead external partners and suppliers involved in product development and commercialization, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Product Design, or a related field
  • 8-10+ years of progressive experience in Product Management, Product Development, Engineering, or closely related roles
  • demonstrated ownership of a sizeable product portfolio with full P&L responsibility
  • experience operating in a complex manufacturing and supply‐chain environment
  • proven success leading cross‐functional initiatives and influencing without direct authority
  • experience managing or leading others
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with a bias for execution and results
  • advanced financial and analytical acumen, including pricing, cost management, and profitability analysis
  • excellent project management, organizational, and prioritization skills
  • ability to synthesize market, customer, and competitive insights into actionable strategies
  • superior written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels
  • Travel: Up to 40–50% annually, as business needs require.

Desired Qualifications

  • Master's degree preferred (MBA or equivalent)
