Job Summary
Own key areas of Ivo's platform end to end, from discovery and spec through launch, measurement, and iteration. Spend time with customers by sitting in on calls and observing how legal teams review contracts to prioritize problems. Work with engineering and design daily to scope and ship, writing precise specs. Track frontier LLM capabilities to determine what is newly possible, commoditized, or defensible value. Partner with sales and customer success to convert feedback and usage patterns into roadmap priorities. Define success metrics for shipped features and hold yourself to them. This role supports product vision, execution, and business success for Ivo's contract intelligence platform serving clients like Uber and Meta.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Product Management experience
- Experience owning products from concept to launch
- You work well with engineers and earn their trust
- Strong customer empathy and the ability to deeply understand complex workflows
- Good judgment about where we non-negotiably need to be best in the world, and where the 80/20 rule applies
- Experience working closely with engineering teams
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and making tradeoffs in a fast paced startup
- Would describe yourself as being relentlessly resourceful
- You have a strong internal sense of urgency
- You have a bias towards doing things today, rather than tomorrow
Desired Qualifications
- B2B SaaS strongly preferred
- Experience working in a startup environment
