Sr Product Manager, Ion Instruments & Accessories

Job Summary
Own in-market product performance by translating voice-of-customer and field insights into prioritized roadmap inputs and actionable product requirements. Lead cross-functional teams to drive product rollout, launch, and lifecycle management for Ion endoluminal instruments, including forecasting, SKU planning, and supply issue resolution. Analyze market, competitive, and operational data to develop success metrics, pricing inputs, and business cases while partnering with R&D, clinical, and commercial partners. Conduct direct customer engagement through clinician interviews and site observations to inform continuous improvement and portfolio strategy.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience
- At least 2 years in medical device product management, product marketing, or product-focused commercial roles
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple complex projects with moderate risk and ambiguity
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize multiple data sources into clear insights and recommendations to senior leadership
- Proven ability to communicate compelling product stories and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Track record of effective collaboration across engineering, operations, clinical, commercial, and regulatory partners
- Self-starter with ability to take leadership in a fast-paced environment
- Agility to pivot focus to meet evolving customer needs and shifting market dynamics
- Strong relationship builder with proven ability to work across disparate parts of the organization to deliver results
- Comfortable working in hospital, procedural, and surgical lab environments
- Bachelor's degree
- Well-versed in MS Office Suite, Tableau, Salesforce
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally
- Current proof of vaccination against certain diseases including COVID-19

- Masters degree in life science, engineering or business discipline
