Job Summary
Own the delivery of AI-enabled workflow experiences across contractor onboarding, credentialing, and operator compliance. Translate the team's AI product strategy into scoped, sequenced projects with clear milestones, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to ship production-grade, explainable solutions. Define outcome metrics for cycle time, error reduction, automation rate, and safety impact while leading projects for ML-driven risk scoring and proactive alerts. Reduce time-to-qualify for safe contractors and support global, multi-region compliance requirements. Apply established AI product frameworks, surface in-market signal, and lead change management across internal and customer stakeholders. Deliver 2 to 3 AI-enabled workflow improvements within the first 18 months to drive faster qualification and improved compliance efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 7 to 9 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS
- proven delivery of complex customer-facing experiences that incorporate AI, ML, or automation capabilities
- Strong project leadership and delivery skills
- ability to translate strategy into shipped outcomes
- Strong systems thinking
- ability to map complex multi-party processes
