Job Summary
Sr. Product Manager owning end-to-end product areas for the ICyte Platform supporting market access, contracts, pricing, rebates, and patient services in Life Sciences. You will shape strategy and delivery across Product, Engineering, QA, and Operations, translating customer needs into epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria. You’ll drive multi-quarter roadmaps, facilitate prioritization with stakeholders, lead discovery with customers and domain experts, manage release planning, and ensure solutions are usable, valuable, and supportable. The role requires strong judgment, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to balance long-term strategy with hands-on execution while collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior leaders. The position involves quarterly in-person workshops, travel, and close alignment with global offices, with a hybrid work arrangement across Philadelphia, Ambler, Pune, and Medellín. Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive experience in Product Management
- Deep experience in US Pharmaceutical Market Access (Commercial Contracting, Pricing, Claims Adjudication, Rebates, or Chargebacks)
- Strong understanding of US Healthcare and Life Sciences systems, data, and workflows
- Experience with Agile environments (Scrum) and collaboration with Engineering and QA
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and modern product lifecycle tools
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred)
