Job Summary
Senior Product Manager II to lead the strategy and delivery of AI-powered products within NextEra Analytics. Define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle from ideation to production, collaborating with engineering, data science, marketing, and business stakeholders. Drive agile processes, prioritize backlogs, gather user needs, conduct market and competitive analyses, and track KPIs to measure success. Communicate progress to leaders and stakeholders, and translate complex requirements into intuitive solutions for large-scale operations. Requires strong product leadership, judgment, and experience guiding products in operational environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years experience in product management
