Job Summary
Guide and manage the lifecycle of new technology products or feature enhancements, developing concepts and designs to facilitate market needs and user requirements. Conduct research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitors, then create requirements documents, functional specifications, and mock-ups to illustrate product ideas. Participate in all phases of the product development lifecycle, including analysis, design, testing, and integration, while partnering with Product Owners and government stakeholders to define product direction and prioritize tradeoffs. Drive adoption across the Defense Intelligence Enterprise by building strong client relationships and promoting the product to data producers and consumers. This role supports the Intelligence Community and Department of Defense customers within an Agile environment.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Program Management, or a related technical leadership role
- Experience partnering with Product Owners and government stakeholders to define product strategy, prioritize requirements, and manage product roadmaps
- Ability to evaluate business and technical tradeoffs and provide recommendations that align with mission objectives
- Strong stakeholder relationship management experience, including engaging with executive leadership and cross-functional teams
- Experience driving product adoption, user engagement, and change management across large organizations
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience working in Agile environments supporting software or data-driven products
- Ability to collaborate with engineering, development, and government teams to deliver mission-focused capabilities
