Job Summary
Guide the lifecycle of new technology products and feature enhancements by developing concepts, designs, and requirements documents to facilitate market needs. Conduct research on customer needs, emerging technologies, and competitors to inform product direction. Participate in all phases of the product development lifecycle, including analysis, design, testing, and integration, while partnering with Product Owners and government stakeholders to prioritize requirements and manage roadmaps. Drive product adoption across the Defense Intelligence Enterprise by building strong client relationships and promoting solutions to data producers and consumers.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Program Management, or a related technical leadership role
- Experience partnering with Product Owners and government stakeholders to define product strategy, prioritize requirements, and manage product roadmaps
- Ability to evaluate business and technical tradeoffs and provide recommendations that align with mission objectives
- Strong stakeholder relationship management experience, including engaging with executive leadership and cross-functional teams
- Experience driving product adoption, user engagement, and change management across large organizations
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience working in Agile environments supporting software or data-driven products
- Ability to collaborate with engineering, development, and government teams to deliver mission-focused capabilities
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting Intelligence Community (IC) or Department of Defense (DoD) customers
