Job Summary
Guide the lifecycle of new technology products and feature enhancements by developing concepts, designs, and requirements documents. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competitors, then participate in all phases of product development including analysis, design, testing, and integration. Partner with Product Owners and government stakeholders to define product direction, prioritize requirements, and drive adoption across the Defense Intelligence Enterprise. Manage the product roadmap and facilitate market integration testing while collaborating with engineering and cross-functional teams. Requires Active TS/SCI clearance and 5+ years of product management experience.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Program Management, or a related technical leadership role
- Experience partnering with Product Owners and government stakeholders to define product strategy, prioritize requirements, and manage product roadmaps
- Ability to evaluate business and technical tradeoffs and provide recommendations that align with mission objectives
- Strong stakeholder relationship management experience, including engaging with executive leadership and cross-functional teams
- Experience driving product adoption, user engagement, and change management across large organizations
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience working in Agile environments supporting software or data-driven products
- Ability to collaborate with engineering, development, and government teams to deliver mission-focused capabilities
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting Intelligence Community (IC) or Department of Defense (DoD) customers preferred
