Job Summary
Senior Product Manager for Enrollments and the Patient Journey API within the Front-End Hub. Own strategy and execution for enrollment workflows (sponsored and non-sponsored) and the Patient Journey API, partnering with Engineering, UX, and Operations to deliver scalable, secure APIs that surface real-time hub statuses for provider workflows. Drive product direction, define roadmaps, and translate hub and payer dynamics into actionable plans that deliver value for HCP users and biopharma sponsors. Lead discovery through launch with cross-functional teams, tie product strategy to financial goals, support go-to-market activities with Commercial teams, and ensure solutions are compliant with regulatory requirements. Requires 7+ years of product management experience, familiarity with healthcare/pharma/hub services, and a bias toward action in a fast-moving, complex environment.
Required Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of relevant product management experience
- Experience in cross-functional product teams (Engineering, UX, Operations, Commercial)
- Familiarity with CoverMyMeds and/or specialty medication, prior authorization, or hub services landscape (preferred)
- Ability to work through ambiguity with strong product principles
- Experience with MVP delivery and product launches
- Go-to-market support with Commercial teams
- Understanding of regulatory and compliance considerations (Legal/Compliance collaboration)
