Job Summary
Collaborate with brand peers to maximize the portfolio brand equity and business performance. Develop and execute pediatric brand strategy to drive growth of business. Plan and implement academic projects successfully in line with brand strategy. Establish and enhance the relationship and cooperation with pediatric TAEs through integrated platforms, build up high reputation among pediatric TAEs. Develop pediatric promotional materials and tolls and finish sales training regularly. Closely monitor and report brand performance and competitors’ related activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical / business or related
- 5+ years’ working experience in marketing and sales (2+years in marketing)
- Extensive experience in pediatric therapy
- Strong experience in related TAEs with solid KOL relationships
- Fluent English ability for frequent communication
- Excellent interpersonal ability
- Comprehensive experience in project management and innovation
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
