Job Summary
Drive exceptional design, strategic planning, and team collaboration by creating stunning, consistent designs that make banking simple and enjoyable for users. Build smooth user flows across apps and websites while using and improving our design systems to maintain cohesion. Conduct user research, test ideas, and share insights with business and tech teams to ensure products meet user and business needs. Mentor designers, clearly communicate complex ideas, and foster an open environment where casual conversations spark new ideas.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in UI/UX for digital products
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design, visual excellence, and cross-platform solutions
- Skilled in conducting user research and transforming insights into practical design solutions
- Effectively communicating the narrative to stakeholders who have no prior knowledge of the project
