Job Summary
Sr Product Manager responsible for defining a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to business objectives; leading discovery through customer research and data analysis; translating needs into well-defined user stories with acceptance criteria; owning and prioritizing the backlog; partnering with engineering, UX, and data teams to deliver scalable, data-informed solutions; communicating plans, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership; driving experimentation, metrics tracking, and ensuring alignment with OKRs; fostering collaboration and high standards with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful product outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Four-year degree or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of Product Management experience or equivalent domain experience
- Strong technical aptitude and demonstrated customer empathy
- Experience working in an agile environment
- Proficiency in writing use cases, business requirements documents, and applying data-driven prioritization
Desired Qualifications
- MBA preferred
- Prior eCommerce/retail industry experience
- Prior experience building discovery-based software applications
- Experience in building 0-1 products
- A/B Testing and finding product market fit
