Job Summary
Sr Product Manager, Digital Experiences at loanDepot responsible for driving performance across the digital funnel from site visit to origination, optimizing entry points, routing, and user flows to increase engagement and conversion. Owns the experimentation roadmap and a high-velocity testing program to deliver measurable improvements in conversion and efficiency across direct, retail, and servicing channels. Serves as cross-functional product owner coordinating marketing, product, engineering, sales, retail, and servicing teams, translating digital engagement into business outcomes. Requires building clear requirements, prioritizing backlog based on ROI and conversion impact, establishing funnel performance reporting, and collaborating with analytics tools (GA4, Adobe Analytics, Optimizely) to derive actionable insights. Mortgage/financial services domain experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 10+ years of digital growth, product management, or performance marketing experience
- Proven experience owning and optimizing a full digital funnel with measurable business results
- Demonstrated success driving conversion improvements through testing and experimentation
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience working cross-functionally in complex, matrixed organizations
- Experience partnering with Product and Engineering teams to deliver digital experiences
- Familiarity with analytics and experimentation tools (GA4, Adobe Analytics, Optimizely)
- Mortgage or financial services experience preferred
