Job Summary
Senior Manager, Visa Crypto Sales and Solutioning in the Latin America and the Caribbean region. You will drive end-to-end pre-sales through post-sale activations, position Visa crypto solutions with clients and ecosystem partners (blockchains, stablecoin issuers, orchestration providers, DeFi protocols), and shape regional/global GTM strategies. Responsibilities include solutioning and sales support, managing and forming ecosystem partnerships, coordinating across sales, product, risk, legal, and finance, enabling seller teams, and contributing to the crypto product roadmap. This is a hybrid role with in-office days to be confirmed by the hiring manager. Travel 5-10% and a salary range estimated at $143,700 to $230,200 USD per year, with potential bonuses/equity. “Visa” context and crypto/payments domain expertise, strategic partnership development, and strong communication skills are core requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or higher with required years of experience (8+ years with a Bachelor; 5+ years with an Advanced Degree; 2+ years with a PhD)
- financial services, crypto, and/or payments industry experience
- strong product acumen and solutions mindset
- experience in formulating and executing partnerships and sales opportunities in white space
- ability to shape and communicate GTM strategies and executive-level communications
- ability to navigate a complex, ambiguous environment and influence senior management
