Job Summary
Senior Product Manager for Content Supply Chain leads end-to-end discovery from problem brief to validated requirements package, translating ambiguous stakeholder requests into well-framed problem statements; designs and conducts research plans, runs user interviews, synthesizes findings into actionable insights, and collaborates with UX design to shape information architecture, wireframes, and solution direction. Delivers clear visual and written artifacts (presentations, process flows, wireframes, scope documents) to align technical and non-technical stakeholders, evaluates solution directions with a cost-benefit lens, and produces handoff packages with precise requirements and acceptance criteria for delivery teams. Demonstrates structured thinking, experience with AI-augmented workflows, and the ability to apply discovery methods adaptively across complex internal tooling environments while maintaining strong collaboration with product leadership, designers, and engineers.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience
- experience planning and conducting user research: interviews, contextual inquiry
- structured analytical thinking and ability to test variables
- experience crafting alignment deliverables: presentations, process flows, visual artifacts
- fluency in information architecture and design principles; wireframing and IA experience
- experience working in cross-functional product teams with designers and engineers
- experience with custom application development and third-party integrations; cost-benefit tradeoffs of build vs. buy
- strong written communication and ability to produce buildable requirements and briefs
- emotional intelligence and ability to engage across stakeholders
