Job Summary
Define and drive short- and long-range product strategies for AI-enabled and cloud SaaS solutions, identifying unmet clinical, operational, and economic needs across surgeons and health systems. Lead market research, segmentation, and competitive analysis to translate insights into differentiated product requirements and value propositions. Partner with engineering and data science teams to define AI applications, deployment strategies, and data pipelines, ensuring alignment between technical capabilities and real-world clinical workflows. Manage product programs, set priorities, and communicate operational developments while acting as a leading voice across CST to advocate for adoption and investment in data and AI business models. Work with leading surgeons, clinicians, scientists, and engineers from concept to delivery to shape the future of healthcare for complex neurological and spinal conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience in AI / machine learning–driven products and cloud SaaS applications
- For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required
- U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in product management, upstream marketing, or strategy roles within software, AI, or digital health
- Strong track record of bringing complex, technical products to market
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, data science, and commercial teams
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, compelling customer value propositions
