Job Summary
Senior Product Manager focusing on a nonprofit persona, building AI-native product experiences that translate customer insights into measurable outcomes. Owns customer understanding, problem framing, and rapid experimentation—from prototypes and workflows to shipped solutions—while collaborating with Engineering, Design, Data, Product Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, and Support. Emphasizes direct customer engagement, hypothesis-driven learning, and delivering outcomes over features. Requires strong judgment in ambiguous environments, proficiency with modern AI tools to accelerate discovery and delivery, and a customer-first mindset aimed at creating value for nonprofit professionals.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS or technology products
- Demonstrated success owning product outcomes and business impact
- Strong product judgment under ambiguity
- Experience creating prototypes, experiments, workflows, demos, tools to test ideas
- Deep customer curiosity and direct engagement with customers
- Strong product taste and value-focused design
- Ability to use AI tools to prototype ideas, automate workflows, and accelerate discovery and delivery
- Familiarity with AI-enabled products, agentic experiences, automation, and emerging AI interaction patterns
- Ability to collaborate with Engineering and Design and discuss tradeoffs, constraints, and opportunities
- Strong data literacy with analytics, experiments, and product metrics to guide decisions
- Excellent communication and influence across technical, business, and customer-facing teams
- Bias for action, ownership, learning, and continuous improvement
- Experience with APIs, integrations, or data-driven products (Nice to have)
- Experience in nonprofit technology, fundraising, CRM, or related areas (Nice to have)
