Job Summary
The Senior Product Manager will define and execute the strategic vision for core healthcare platform infrastructure, managing technical product initiatives, and ensuring compliance with regulations like HIPAA and HITRUST. This role requires collaboration with engineering teams to enhance platform capabilities and lead the integration of security and privacy into product designs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex backend systems, a strong regulatory background, and skills in agile methodologies and AI-driven solutions integration.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in Technical Product Management roles
- Demonstrated expertise in backend architectures, microservices, and API design
- Proven experience managing technical roadmaps and aligning strategic business objectives
- Exceptional collaboration, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with agile methodologies
- Experience with rapid prototyping
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory frameworks, including HIPAA and HITRUST
- Experience integrating AI-driven solutions
