Job Summary
Senior Product Manager for Autonomous Identity shaping a self-directed identity governance feature using AI, collaborating with engineering, marketing, and stakeholders to translate customer needs into actionable product requirements, prioritizing the backlog, defining success metrics, and leading a feature from conception to launch within SailPoint’s Identity Security platform.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a product management role
- Demonstrated success in working with engineering teams to plan, develop, refine, and launch enterprise software products
- Experience managing SaaS and/or cloud infrastructure products
- Experience in the Identity security field is highly desirable
- Experience using AI tooling to accelerate personal and team productivity
- Experience shipping products with AI-powered features that enhance customer experiences
- Work with open platform connectivity technologies such as web and micro-services is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills
- Education: BA/BS in business or technical field required
- MBA is a plus
- Travel: approximately 15%
