Job Summary
Senior Product Manager responsible for defining and executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise distribution platforms (WMS, LMS, YMS, WES, WCS) at the intersection of distribution operations, automation, and IT. Own end-to-end product strategy, backlog, and lifecycle from ideation through rollout, delivering scalable, secure solutions that improve warehouse throughput, labor productivity, inventory accuracy, and end-to-end fulfillment visibility. Lead cross-functional agile teams with engineering, automation, and operations to drive data-driven decisions, set KPIs (order throughput, pick rates, dock-to-stock time, labor utilization, inventory accuracy, fulfillment SLAs), and influence senior stakeholders on investments and trade-offs across cost, service, and scalability. Champion modernization and automation initiatives, ensure integration across WMS/WES/WCS, robotics, ERP/TMS/OMS, and cloud platforms, and maintain alignment with enterprise standards for security and operational continuity.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of product management experience in enterprise supply chain or distribution technology environments
- Experience delivering or managing WMS, LMS, YMS, WES, or WCS platforms
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, fulfillment flows, and distribution center processes
- Experience integrating enterprise systems including OMS, TMS, ERP, and automation/controls platforms
- Strong understanding of SDLC, APIs, cloud platforms, and event-driven architecture
- Experience leading Agile or SAFe product teams
- Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to link technology investments to operational outcomes
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills across IT and operations leadership
- Ability to influence senior leaders on complex system and operational decisions
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity in large-scale distribution environments
- High ownership, accountability, and results orientation
