Job Summary
Senior product leader responsible for defining and driving brand safety and compliance strategy within Fandom’s monetization ecosystem. Own the product vision, roadmap, and systems that monitor and optimize inventory quality, policy compliance, and advertiser trust while balancing monetization goals and privacy requirements. Lead large cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Ad Operations, Revenue, Privacy, and Legal; build tooling for inventory scoring, monitoring, remediation workflows, and operational visibility; partner with Engineering and Data Science to develop predictive models and quality frameworks; drive data-informed monetization decisions and experiments to improve advertiser outcomes and marketplace health.
Required Qualifications
- 6–10+ years of product management experience
- Deep domain expertise in programmatic advertising, publisher monetization, and brand safety concepts
- Strong understanding of Google Ad Manager, Prebid / header bidding, SSP/DSP ecosystem, OpenRTB and bidstream concepts
- Experience with products related to invalid traffic/fraud detection, brand safety, and compliance or policy enforcement
- Proven ability to define strategy and lead highly complex cross-functional initiatives with executive visibility
- Strong analytical skills and experience using experimentation, forecasting, and operational data to inform product decisions
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to independently drive initiatives from ambiguous problem spaces through execution
