Job Summary
Design and implement payment investigation business processes using the Pega Smart Investigate 8.x platform, acting as the Subject Matter Expert for scalable, secure solutions within a banking or fintech environment. Develop enterprise-grade applications, including Rule-Connects, Integration Services, and REST API integrations, while ensuring maintainability and performance across large codebases. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver critical payment solutions, drive architectural guidance, and mentor development teams through continuous delivery practices. Research emerging technologies and benchmark best-in-class solutions to influence technical decisions.
Required Qualifications
- 8 to 12 years of hands-on experience in Pega development
- Experience as a Pega Certified Product Engineer
- Experience working as a Pega Lead Product Engineer or similar role
- Pega Smart Investigate 8.x
