Job Summary

Lead and mentor a team of product managers owning an area of Gartner's digital suite of products for clients. Partner with global stakeholders, including senior Gartner leaders, software engineers, product design, and data science to deliver high-value products. Drive the overarching product/tool vision and strategy across multiple product areas to support business objectives. Participate in and lead concept sprints to build a product roadmap, defining critical features/functions in line with core strategy and objectives. Drive portfolio prioritization, balance customer needs, business value, and technical investment. Use customer insights, market trends, and data to identify opportunities to inform strategic decisions. Influence executive stakeholders, communicate product vision, and drive alignment across the organization.

Required Qualifications

  • 12-15 years' experience working as a digital product owner
  • strong product mindset
  • ideally working on large-scale SaaS applications, enterprise software or technology platforms
  • 6-10 years' experience directly managing product managers
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proven experience defining product strategy
