Job Summary
Define and own the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for the flagship software managing tracking, reporting, and replenishment. Lead end-to-end product lifecycle execution, partnering with Scrum teams to drive releases, backlog prioritization, and detailed requirement development. Oversee pricing strategy, packaging, and monetization models while collaborating with sales and finance to align with revenue targets. Manage a team of product managers with adjacent portfolios, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and data standards across waste management, OSHA, and waterline testing product lines. Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality releases and support go-to-market efforts.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of product management experience, including leadership responsibility with direct reports
- Experience managing SaaS or software platforms, preferably in healthcare or medical office environments
- Proven experience developing and executing pricing strategies and models
- Strong background in contracts, pricing structures, and commercial terms
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders
- Data-driven decision maker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with medical office management, practice management, or healthcare IT systems
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA)
