Job Summary
Sr Product Designer with 6+ years of UX/UI design experience leading end-to-end product design for mobile and web applications. Collaborates with product managers, developers, and leadership to translate goals into intuitive experiences, drives discovery through prototyping and usability testing, mentors junior designers, and evolves design systems for scalable B2B SaaS products. Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and collaboration tools; strong portfolio demonstrating complex workflows; adept at user research, accessibility, and responsive design; communicates design rationale clearly to stakeholders including founders.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of professional experience in product design (UX/UI) with a proven track record
- Strong portfolio showcasing complex product workflows, preferably in B2B SaaS or data-heavy tools
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and collaboration tools like FigJam, Miro
- Ability to create and maintain wireframes, user flows, journey maps, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Experience leading user research, usability testing, and incorporating insights into design iterations
- Strong grasp of design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to balance user needs and business objectives
- Exceptional communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
- Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple projects, and deliver high-quality outcomes under deadlines
