Job Summary
Sr Product Designer leads end-to-end design for complex features and products from research to delivery, conducts user research and usability testing, creates wireframes and high-fidelity mockups, collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure feasibility and consistency across platforms, advocates for user-centered design, and contributes to the evolution of the design system. Emphasizes pixel-perfect execution, industry trends, and continuous process improvement; role requires collaboration with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or related field
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Solid design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with product and engineering teams
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Real estate industry experience and familiarity with designing transaction platforms is a strong plus
- Knowledge and Skills: Familiarity with front-end development basics (HTML, CSS)
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
- Ability to drive strategic design decisions and influence product direction
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
