Job Summary
Sr. Product Designer on the CareHub team at Hinge Health to craft interfaces for the CareHub MSK platform, collaborating with Product and Engineering to simplify complex workflows while meeting regulatory and clinical requirements. Based in Bengaluru with a hybrid model (office 3 days/week) and cross-continental collaboration with San Francisco. Responsibilities include developing a vision for the product experience, delivering solutions that meet goals and drive key metrics, upholding high standards of visual and interaction design, conducting user research (contextual interviews, think-alouds, surveys, A/B tests), coordinating with engineers, PMs, care team members, and other designers, and mentoring fellow designers while evangelizing design practices. Basic qualifications require 5+ years of product design experience, a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent practical experience), a strong portfolio demonstrating shipped or in-market work, and proficiency in prototyping and visual design. Preferred qualifications emphasize cross-media design capability (mobile, desktop, wearables), familiarity with generative AI to enhance workflows, and passion for healthcare or fitness.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product design, collaborating directly with Product and Engineering teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Industrial Design, Product Design, Service Design, Human–Computer Interaction, or equivalent practical experience
- End-to-end portfolio demonstrating ownership of product design work, including shipped or in-market products with both interaction and visual design capabilities
- Visual design expertise, applying layout, iconography, and typography to create cohesive and accessible interfaces
- Prototyping proficiency, using tools to test, validate, and communicate design intent
