Job Summary
Senior Product Designer at Adobe leading the design of AI-powered experiences within the Digital – Advertising, Learning & Publishing team. Lead with vision to define long-term product strategy and design direction, advocate for user needs with data, and integrate GenAI as a core design element. Mentor designers, foster cross-disciplinary collaboration, and shape scalable design processes. Drive innovation through GenAI by accelerating ideation, prototyping, and experimentation while delivering cohesive, high-quality experiences across a large product ecosystem. Requires 8+ years of product design experience and an advanced degree in Build, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience). Strong collaboration and storytelling skills, plus hands-on experience with AI-driven design tools and emerging technologies."
