Job Summary
Senior Product Delivery Associate in CIB Markets Technology focused on Post Trade, driving portfolio strategy and governance across the end-to-end delivery lifecycle. Partners with Operations to embed outcome-led execution and performance reporting, translating technology delivery into business value and connecting deliverables to business requirements and dependency outcomes via Outcome KRIs. Builds strong relationships with stakeholders and cross-functional teams, maintains visibility into product timelines and dependencies, coordinates resourcing, and escalates risks. Leads change management, ensures compliance with risk and regulatory requirements, contributes to governance documentation, and mentors the product delivery team on best practices. Experience in technology strategy and product delivery within financial services, with proficiency in JIRA and Confluence preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience delivering products, projects, or technology strategy
- Experience supporting operational management and change readiness; capable of leading small to medium initiatives end-to-end
- Experience in program, strategy or project management, coordinating complex cross-functional technology work in large organizations
- Strong analytical reasoning, critical thinking, and structured problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to operate through change, manage dependencies, and drive execution in dynamic, high-pressure environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence without formal authority and drive alignment to firm objectives
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence
- Experience in financial services or a related industry
- Exposure to implementing or supporting post-trade workflows in financial services
