Job Summary
Sr Product Associate role within the Fusion team focused on guiding clients and internal teams through Fusion implementations, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client objectives. Responsibilities include providing exceptional client support across channels, staying current on Fusion developments, designing efficient client processes and runbooks, building strong client and internal relationships, partnering during implementation, collaborating with stakeholders to set goals and ensure accountability, understanding data/technology landscapes across financial institutions, and leveraging cloud-based data management platforms. Required skills include Python and SQL proficiency, SaaS/tech client relationship management experience, strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, problem solving, client training/support, enterprise solutions knowledge (cloud, data management, APIs), and a Bachelor’s degree. Preferred qualifications include advanced data science/cloud certifications and knowledge of AI/machine learning, financial market data familiarity, and vendor experience.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Python, SQL and familiarity with other database technologies
- Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and delivering solutions in a SaaS, Data, or Technology environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on client satisfaction and relationship building
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams and independently when necessary
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and determine when escalation is required
- Experience in providing training and support to clients, enhancing their understanding and utilization of cloud-based data management platforms
- Comprehensive understanding of enterprise solutions, including cloud technologies, data management, and APIs
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field
