Job Summary

Design and analyze A/B tests across the Omni funnel, surfacing anomalies in booking behavior, partner conversion, and pricing patterns before they impact revenue. Own deep visibility into the search-to-booking funnel, modeling product change impacts and connecting performance to financial outcomes. Build analytics tracking partner activation, volume, and API health, while investigating instrumentation gaps to ensure accurate event capture. Leverage advanced SQL to explore complex datasets on booking events, search logs, and pricing signals, translating technical metrics into actionable product recommendations. Collaborate with product managers to shape roadmap prioritization and validate product bets through rigorous experiment design.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Data, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Operations Research, or a related quantitative field
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in product analytics or data analytics, with meaningful time spent embedded in a product or engineering org
  • Strong SQL skills with experience building complex queries across large datasets
  • hands-on experience with Snowflake
  • Solid grounding in experiment design and statistical analysis — A/B testing, power analysis, significance testing, and awareness of common pitfalls like novelty effects and sample ratio mismatch
  • Experience analyzing conversion funnels, user journeys, and event-based behavioral data
  • comfortable thinking in cohorts, sessions, and sequences
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable perspectives for PMs and product leadership
  • Inquisitive mindset with a bias toward proactive investigation — you dig into the 'why' behind performance trends without being prompted
  • Experience with a B2B API product, developer platform, marketplace, or technical product where the end user is a partner or business

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with HEX or a comparable collaborative notebook environment for analysis and stakeholder delivery
  • Familiarity with dbt or experience working closely with analytics engineering teams to build reusable data models
