Sr Product Analyst, LMS

Job Summary
Sr. Product Analyst, LMS responsible for the design, development, and optimization of Intuitive’s Learning Management Systems with a strong emphasis on Totara LMS, including both out-of-the-box functionality and customization. Partners with product management, engineering, and IT to deliver scalable platform enhancements; translates requirements into technical specifications and user stories; leads UAT and testing; troubleshoots complex platform issues; supports go-live and post–go-live stabilization; researches industry trends and drives improvements to the learning technology ecosystem; collaborates with cross-functional teams and mentors others as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Product Management, or related field
- 5–6 years of experience supporting Learning organizations and/or business technology applications
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Totara LMS, including custom development and platform configuration
- Strong engineering-oriented understanding of LMS platforms, particularly Totara LMS, including OOB functionality and custom development, APIs, and system architecture
- Experience supporting systems and users in a medical device or regulated environment preferred
- Demonstrated ability to present to, influence, and collaborate with diverse audiences, including senior leadership
- Experience partnering closely with product management, engineering, and IT teams in agile development environments
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- 3–5 years of hands-on Totara LMS experience with customization and configuration
Desired Qualifications

- 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Totara LMS, including custom development and platform configuration
- Strong engineering-oriented understanding of LMS platforms, particularly Totara LMS, including OOB functionality and custom development, APIs, and system architecture
- Experience partnering closely with product management, engineering, and IT teams in agile development environments
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex data into meaningful insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience supporting systems and users in a medical device or regulated environment preferred
- Demonstrated ability to present to, influence, and collaborate with diverse audiences, including senior leadership
- Ability to manage work independently, prioritize effectively, and lead initiatives end-to-end
- Highly collaborative with strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
